highlight the required area and then move the cursor within highlighted area........hold the left button of mouse.........move it to right place inside the excel page

may be I did not ask correctly

I mean update in webpage reflect in excel at the same time.

this method do a 'copy' and update in webpage does not reflect in excel

and when I change to another race, no update also, so this is a static copy,
