Hoho. I asked "someone", he confirmed that HKJC really closed all his accounts in 96.

However, the policy was certainly changed after Wong Chi Kong took over. He reopened a/c around 2000, no longer be kicked even though a lot of money were won via his a/c.

How come Ma Kuen Mei suddenly writes such old thing?

If so, I am very surprised as the tips he published there before is very so-so ( I am sorry
to say that). It does not seem that has the integrity of 大師風範 in recommending tips
to his fans. Any brothers know why?

The main reason I talked about 馬觀微 is that in the field of horse racing, there are very
few books on horse racing. Recently, I surfed one website. Someone mentions
one good horse racing book written by Don Scott (an Austrailian). The name of the book
is "Winning more." Did there any brothers read that book and let us have some comments.

This is a good book. I have already got and for 無敵的馬神秘笈, I have those 15 Vol.
In fact the difficult part is that you can't readily use the techniques mentioned though
you have the best horsing race book in town.

he teaches more on attitude rather than technique i think.
and if one technique is to be used by the general public, it is not going to be a good one.
paul hing, i have no time to answer you back on the training ideas, but absolutely we are looking at things differently.
you are more like a sensible calculator and i am kind of like a artist with abstract ideas from solid statistic.
i think you can be very good students with phantom for he is totally logical and mathematic.
but obviously we can share more in the coming season.
