馬王敗部復活投注並無起色（2007-4-3）

香港長途馬王「爪皇凌雨」遠征杜拜勝出國際一級賽，馬王自○五年攻下世界錦標巡迴賽，登上世界馬王寶座，其後心律不正常，運澳洲養了半年，終於重拾升軌，再闖高峰，敗部復活之外更贏世界一級賽，為港馬勝出遠征史上最重要一仗。

馬王敗部復活，全賴練馬師、馬主，費盡心血找出馬王心律不正常原因，再重新由操練做起，培養戰鬥力及貫注體力鬥心，配合騎師陣上發揮，踏上更高峰。馬匹可以敗部復活，馬會仍然有待敗部復活，今季政府應馬會要求改了抽稅方式，一切由馬會自主，批准馬會用包底方法交稅，賽事跑了三分二，睇馬會一盤數，現階段負數，因為投注額沒有預期水準，更要包稅，另一支出是回扣，剩下的不足三分一賽季，要奇蹟出現方可避免損手。唯一奇蹟是將香港賽馬外銷，當然是一廂情願的想法，世間那個政府可以將自己可收的賽馬投注額，讓香港馬會賺？香港與澳門一水之隔，但澳門投注香港馬的投注額奇低，正說明就算過了外地政府這關，外地人若無興趣賭香港馬，一切都白費力。

suggestion is good,

but I dont think HKJc will take it seriously, because they are not focusing on that

big boys dont think in this way, the current practice will continue for at least 5 more years,

if you see Mr. whyte being removed, then there is a very slim chance of improvement

only my personal view.

Agree. Big boss dont think that way. So somehow they never think they suck in some area. So... the bad fade out, the good in. It is the cycle for most stuff. Not only mean ppl.

I do not 100% agree the article but overall there are enough points and worth to forward. Many thanks for your comment s :)
