I downloaded it, and by default the filename was EXCEL_.116.

I tried to open it, but I couldn't. So, I changed the file extension to .xls, but still I couldn't open it with the Excel software.

Although you said the file extension is .exe, but I'm afraid to tell you that once I click on your provided link, the following filename appears!!!

It ends with an extension .116!
