Well, it is a good book. It discloses the real methods of the prof. Programs there are valuable. Maybe, need some stat knowledge. My stat level is Freshmen and I am able to know what it means... but of coz unable to create them. Kelly is FUCKING important.

For anyone wants to make fortune from racing, really suggest to read that book.

And, if you can win 30% of your total bet, you are fucking successful! FYI, the TOP syndicate won less than 20% of the total bet in 2004 (if my memory serves.)

Absolutely agree. But I wish more ppl wanna 以少博大, then I can have higher chance to win. haha haha.. again, buy all-up = must lose.

準- when it means the accurate estimation of the chances of all horses in the same race, I 100% agree. Very simply, we cannot win by picking the highest chance - winner(s) if the return is negative in the long run.

My view of 職業賭徒- when someone is able to earn the living from racing constantly for years, I call him 職業賭徒. :-).
