1. Must be very hot.  I believe the jockey will be very nervous and someone that seldom rides so hot horses
2. Weaker jockey
3. Heavy horse.  Not that easy for 見習騎師 who don't have such arm strength

Note both W's horse and C's horse are positioned inside of this horse.  They can attack it very easily.
C is the last jockey of the horse.  He knows it's weakness.
And I think W's horse is the 2nd strongest.
