Sometimes it works, but sometimes it wont.  Some site will check the country of our IP and wont allow us to choose US sites.

Reasons :
1. I found it in 電腦時代.  Not ad but covers several pages of description.
2. I've already played some overseas online games in the past and received US cheques.  It's real and we can exchange from USD to HK$
3. It's discussed everywhere (e.g. HK, Taiwan...) on the internet.  No one says that it's cheating (except those complains as they forgot to register "special offer".  The reputation is very good.
4. I've sent a mail to Customer support of the company.  They answers the question in 1 day
5. It's a famous company.  I'll give you more details later.
6. We don't need to pay any $$.  No credit card information.  Cheat what?
7. Imagine.  Even we got USD1/1000 pts, it just means that we got USD1 for 6000s of hanging the ad banner.  6000s=100minutes.  It's reasonable for advertisement.  They just received income from other companies selling ad to them.
... many other reasons.

Anyway, I'll confirm all that after I got the first cheque.  Maybe early next month.

(if no cheque is received, just treate it as an online-game...haha...)
