身為馬評人,必然要有某方面專長,如能發揮,其貼士一定好過坊間大眾
只要能證明呢點,就可做到令人心悅誠服
因此,其貼士之結果便可反映其質素.唔係要佢下下贏,但有料既起碼可做到累積有錢賺
但係,真係做到keep住累積有錢賺既有幾個?
累積有錢賺,係我覺得評馬人既最低要求.

另外,個人最憎馬後砲,覺得係一重欺騙缺德既行為
D馬報最鍾意俾好多貼士,然後淨攞中左既黎吹.  其實阿荗都得啦

如果講個套係work既,keep住有正return有何難?
賭鬼兄講得對,應搞D評核試, 盜絕馬後砲

每人底分500, 每場起碼買10分, 如到0分今季不准比貼士

Even what he says, attractive or not, if it turns out that his tips lose most of the time, it just reflects that what he says is either irrelevant or incorrect.

Is there any value that he still exists in the horse circle?  I don't think so.

For your first question, I think my method still works.  You give him $500~1000 for him to bet,  if after 3 seasons (totally 1500~3000 capital), he lost all of it, then he's just rubbish.
If he can improve, he can restart his tips next season.
