points a month and they are not used. Can those 1000 points be carried forward to the coming month?

I understand that the designation of this rule aims to motivate more users to play this game but I personally feel frustrated if I am "forced" to use all points given at the end of each month as I really have no "SUM SHUI" to bet on and dont want to waste these points.
