I tried Ng Sung's phone line about 6 to 7 years ago once.
What he gave were more than 4 horses in a race and waste your time on exlaining something not important.
I also tried a company named Berdon (or Winskey on the web) which they provided data base only. But the producsts are extremely not reliable and no use at all.
