actually I dont have spent much time on 段速計算, as I always rekon dat if the horse (trainer) decide not to go. the 段速計算 of dat horse is meaningless.
for example. sometimes the trainer will just ask the jockey let the horse get a free run in race (dat mean decide not to go). then the 段速 of this horse is really
meaningless.
dats why I use video form method to assign which horse is much better compare with the horses in the same race.
