I believe there are web sites providing this services already. You can see Win, Place, Q & QP. The better sites can provie 3 samples per min. You can see dollar amount and odds at the same time. Subscription fee is probably $1 or 2k per year.

3 samples per min means 3 complete sets of odds per min. Each set will tell you which horse/combination got how much money on it during the past 1/3 min, and the individual odds. Each set contains up to (14+14+91+91)x2 = 420 items of information. Each min you get 1260 data point. Clear now?

If someone has done it already, and charge only 2k per YEAR, then why don't you spend time on something else more productive, instead of reinventing the wheels?

And BTW, with the rebate system, follow the money is becoming more risky. An overlay to those bet big enough to get rebates is not necessary overlay to those who bet small. I don't think I need to argue that betting value is the ONLY way to make money in the long term.

BTW someone in RP asked how much WIN$ bet on Horse in the last mins. I made this screen capture.

You can see there are 5 samples per min. I don't think any free services can provide such details.
