It is just my own opinion: I think sectional time only work best on dirt surfaces.Americans have spent many years studying this and they have had some success. Mind you, their racings are mainly on dirt.
At Europe, nobody cares too much about the term TIME because the concept of time is quite meaningless on turf surface.
In Australia, people are beginning to look at TIME but I have not seen any positive results yet.
