My best area is probably "Video Form (VF)".
I've video records of yr2004 to yr2006. However, I stopped recording in Feb 2007 because I found that I couldn't finish all the VFs by myself only! I must find an efficient way to do it.
I think VF is a very reliable factor to succeed but there are still other important elements, like "Training", which I miss.
Therefore, I searched the web and try to find someone to have a common goal. And you known, that's why I'm in your forum.
Commencing from the next season, I'll concentrate my VF in Groups 4 and 5 and will share my findings to all of you.
However, will this forum be continued in the coming season?
