Thank you very much for your prompt reply!

Please do not get me wrong, I was not asking for your programme,  I just want the list you post here only. I thought that you are using EXCEL for the you programme so I thought that it is just cut and paste job, I was wrong, I had just find out that your programme is a tailor made programme written in VB or VC, sorry about that. and I will make things sure before asking in the future. And I apologise for the confusion caused.
