馬會今年成功爭取改革稅制，賽馬投注額終止跌回升，今季每個賽日的平均投注額較去年同期上升百分之八，而回扣措施亦見生效，獨贏、連贏等彩池投注額更上升逾一成。馬會行政總廣 告裁黃至剛透露，正研究多項新玩法吸引投注，他近期便在澳洲(相關新聞 - 網站)觀摩過一種不設每注最低投注額的方法，讓馬迷能以低成本揀選更多心水馬。
黃至剛昨日接受本報訪問時表示，○六至○七年度馬季首十六次賽事累積投注額為一百廿三億元，平均每次賽事投注額為七億七千多萬元，較去年同期增加百分之八。而提供回扣優惠的獨贏、位置、連贏及位置Q等彩池，至今累積投注額達六億四千多萬，較去年上升達百分之十一。

黃至剛強調，推出回扣是希望挽回賽馬劣勢，賭波將不會有回扣優惠。此外，馬會正研究不同賽馬投注玩法，雖然現在未有定案，但他特別提到，最近到澳洲欣賞墨爾本(相關新聞 - 網站)盃，發現當地特別彩池並不像香港般設定每注最低兩元的限額，「你去買馬，佢會問你想買幾多錢，如果你只得好少錢，一樣可以揀好多馬。」\r

他舉例說，如果有馬迷投注三Ｔ，每關選六匹心水馬，按香港的計法，每注兩元，總投注成本也要一萬六千元。但在墨爾本，即使馬迷身上只有一百六十元，當地馬會一樣受注。當然，馬迷若果中獎，派彩也會按比例縮減至原來的百分之一。「如果

if used one banker 3 legs .... each race has 9 combinations ...
which is 9 x 9 x 9 = 729 combinations ....
even $2 ... it need $1458 .... but just no money to bet ... :smile_39:
if I could bet it by just using said ... $100 .... which is 0.01% of $10 ...
the 3T result was 2.7m .... then I can get 27k .... :smile_48:

Really agree! Then we are not dim sum of syndicate because we have "enough" financial power to play 3T. HKJC starts to be practical.. good!!!
