There is a demonstration session in HKJC. But I don't know if it is good or not.
As far as I have observed, different people have different ways of looking at 速勢.

Maybe lung hing or phantomhorse hing may give some ideas.....
How about other members points of view?

i never care 速勢 wor... i mark the horses after running only. I only bet horse if it is worth, not the biggest chance to win... profit is the ulitimate goal
