之前我講過, 我每次都揾好多後備, 係想減低大家受傷嘅機會. 但我發覺始終唔足夠. 我地易受傷, cos usually no warm up, 踢8点就8點到, 踢9點半就真係9點半到, 敢唔掂嫁wor, 一出場5分鍾就話拉拉地....我強烈建議大家早15分鍾到, 唔跑圈都拉下筋呀.
