講真,好似要迫人回覆咁,就算真係多左會員又有乜用?大家都只係不斷回覆的傀儡而己.
要吸引的,是會自動加入,和大家討論賽馬的會員.

抱歉講多一句. 在下今年六十幾, 退休了, 在此也是義工一名, 吹虛說話唔識講, 但所指的全屬出於善意, 只是忠言往往逆耳罷了. 尊重是一回事, 積極去建立團體文化是另一回事, 來自不同階層人仕自然有不同文化, 若然文化各異, 而又讓其自由發揮, 那如何能統一團體文化 ? 尊重不等於沒有要求吧 ! 打個比喻 : 朋友到你家拜訪, 你要求他除鞋才入屋, 算是不尊重嗎 ?

I totally disagree with 賭鬼and 天樂 at this topic。

Well, normally we do not get a lot of replies. Like writing betting diary, we, or the frequent writers just keep writing. Meanwhile, when we want to know who are the readers, need reply is pretty reasonable.

I do not mind anyone shares his thoughts. Even doubts or criticise. However, contribution rather than plain doubts/criticise are more welcome.

I actually am not 忠言逆耳 but selectively percieved. Your opinion is always nail to the point, it's just to someoneit may be a bit agressive.
I understand that unifying or culturalized is a very important thing. I will look into the issue during summer.

但為何 「Well, normally we do not get a lot of replies.」 ? uturn 上次遍講呂健威出擊寫得好有心機, 有不少回覆, 連馬神傳人這類高手也有發表高見, 但敢問 6 位版主中只得 3 位有回應, 而其中只有山埃博士有寫多兩隻字. 一遍寫得咁詳盡的分析也不能得到衆版主垂青, 那麼寫得簡單點的恐怕真的「do not get a lot of replies.」

I wish we are not using an individual example to judge and give conclusion.
We all work and we must understand sometimes we would be very busy.
All moderators are volunteers and they did not get paid. Priority is not always in HRC, right?
However moderators do work hard!!!But little replies may be a factor to one's satisfaction.
I must stress that we are a FRATERNITY (means friendship and support between people) rather than a commercial organization.

你誤會了我的意思, 各有各忙是人之常情, 我所指的並非那點. 馬神傳人回覆 uturn 的十分詳盡有目共睹, 對嗎 ? 要收到有份量的回覆全看樓主編文點發. 我曾說過淨貼號碼馬名多的是, 那可以獲的怎樣有份量的回覆呢 ? 除了說「支持」, 「那匹我也喜歡」外, 真係唔知講乜好呀.

山埃博士的「版主論隔夜大熱門 」不錯呀, 平均也有 5 - 6 版.
