I have checked it and the 攻略 is no problem.
May be I talk more about the first step :
You need to click on the grey stone on top of the yellow arrow first in order to open it. Then press the yellow arrow. A small man will jump out from the hole and stand beside the control rod which is on top of the stairs. Let try again for this first step and enjoy !
